Description
Create newsletters using MailChimp, a web-based software that requires no downloads. It's FREE and easy to learn, and already in use at the UA CoM and AHSC!
Have you noticed those beautifully crafted emails that you receive announcing events, resources and updates on AHSC or UA CoM news and activities?
You too can create newsletters like that for your department or program, using MailChimp.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will know how and/or be able to:
- Create email subscriber lists
- Create campaigns for email newsletters
- Create templates to avoid reinventing that old wheel!
- Distribute MailChimp "campaigns" to send updates to faculty, staff, residents and/or students in your program or department
- Track your effectiveness in reaching your audience
