Residents as Educators (RAE) activities begin with an orientation for new interns immediately before starting residency and continue for each subsequent year of residency. All residents as educators program activities and resources are also available to fellows who teach medical students. More on RAE policy
Feedback Guides Menu
The RAE Program offers an online course, consisting of several 3-minute videos on teaching and feedback principles and practices. Residents may take this course as a self-managed learning experience. In addition, the FID Director can conduct a live, active learning session with residents, using these videos as flipped learning materials. This would provide opportunities for residents to practice teaching and feedback strategies and to receive feedback from an education professional.
