Curricular Affairs Faculty Instructional Development is committed to strengthening and advancing the faculty and curriculum development programs at the UA College of Medicine.  The Director of Instructional Development develops and implements a wide variety of programs and services to support clinical and non-clinical faculty, as well as fellows and residents, in teaching medical students. You will find many resources on this site, including links to multi-touch books on feedback, guides to active learning and developmental learning theories, and mini teaching guides explaining strategies for inquiry-based teaching, formulating effective questions and reflective teaching practice in the classroom and clinic.
