- Replacing graphics or images
- Editing text
- Creating new pages, adding text and graphics
- Altering layout of and cropping pages
- Organizing pages (sequencing, duplication, inserting blank pages)
- Adding headers/footers and page numbers
- Making comments and collaboratinng
