Affiliate clinical faculty may contact Dr. Spear Ellinwood directly or be referred by the CUP or RHPP Director or a clerkship director.
I will meet with affiliate faculty individually (by phone, Skype/Zoom or in person as is feasible) to discsuss goals for faculty coaching and design ACE program participation that meets faculty needs.
All ACE program activities include preparation, implementation and follow-up phases to ensure that participating faculty have an opportunity to continue improving teaching and assessment skills for the long-term.
